The Thelma arrived the day AFTER i ordered it. Now i see why [...] has a 100% satisfaction rating.The rack works very well on my small car - Honda Fit, have used it numerous times already. It is easy and fast to load/unload and put on and take off the car.
The nuts and spacers for the third bike wheels were missing. Called Saris and they sent three complete sets of bolts/nuts and spacers which arrived in only three days.
